Third party inspection and witnessing, FAT certificates, LV and MV panels, EMCC Panels, Auxiliary transformers, lighting transformers, distribution transformers, main transformers, SCADA and PLC panels, Switchgears, LV and MV cables, EMCC Panels, Fibre Optic cables (Multimode and Single Mode), Auxiliary Relays, Cable termination, Generators, Protection Relays and Panels, VFD, Cable Tray, Trunking, Cable Ladder used in Industrial Sectors.
Inspection of Electrical equipment’s /Instruments installation, functions and Operations with respect to the Inspection Standards.
Carrying out vendor and third party inspection of the electrical,
communication and instrumentation materials during the in-process and/or final stage of production/assembly at the vendor’s factory in accordance with the client’s requirement protocol, ITP and international standards (ASTM, IEC, NEC, ANSI, NEMA & IEEE).
Assuring quality control activities of the project, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of all Quality Record.
HVAC systems/ AC DC Panels/ MV & LV cable/ MCC panels/ UPS.
Inspection of Elevators, Amusement park, traceability, audit for STC
Inspection and testing SCADA and PLC systems and panels.
Projects on going:
1- 24 duplexes (residual complex) responsible for all the electrical works, feeding and distributing, wiring, finishing, telephone wiring and central, TV cables, in addition to gypsum board works and water pumps.
2- Residual building, electrical feeding and distributing.
3- Hotel apartment, maintenance works.
• Reviewing electrical drawings and specifications.
• Supervising construction of the project and check supplied materials, and works of technicians.
• Supervising the electricians in handling all the electrical works considering the safety and quality requirements.
• Reading and studying the electrical plans (usually done by electrical design engineers) and implementing it in the site and sometimes do necessary actions whether to correct or to improve the design.
• Calculating cable size and route selection to make sure cost is reduced in an effective way.
• Inspecting Products during the construction and assembly process, ensuring compliance to quality specifications.
• Communicating reviews and taking any action required on material lists, requisitions, and delivery schedules, construction equipment, automotive and tool requirements, labor requirements, work schedules.
Hotels and resorts maintenance
• Responsible for the electrical maintenance of the equipment and power stations.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Low voltage and medium voltage switch gears and panels.
• Responsible for the Protection relays testing.
• Steam generator and diesel generator.
• Motors maintenance and control up to 4.1 MW.
• Prepare documents and follow up works of the Utility and Sulfuric revamp projects with SNC Lavalin.
• Analyzes diagnoses and solves significant Electrical issues, recommends solutions and ensures implementation.
• Ensure reliability of all instrument and electrical systems.
• Coordinate shutdown and turnaround activities for plant electrical equipment.
• Investigate and report root cause failure analysis for electrical equipment.
• Review electrical drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshoot, and analyze electrical related equipment failures.
• Experience in engineering, design, installation, testing, pre commissioning, commissioning of electrical systems.
• Conduct Electrical Engineering studies on aging equipment and recommend replacement as maybe required. Includes developing data sheets and specifications, list of materials and spare parts, etc.
• Review Electrical operations and maintenance procedures and practices for the plant
• Prepare documents, designs, technical specifications and scope of work for contracts related to electrical engineering.
• Supervise work of contractors and coordinate their activities as required.
Full scholarship. Final expected GPA : 81% (very good) internship in RSS (Royal Scientific Society), at Electronics center. and at Technology Integration company.
