• Study of tender document including the scope of work, specifications, Addendums and preparing of billing of quantities.
• Estimation, technical offer, technical clarification, value engineering, and list of deviation to the specification, list of deviation to the scope of work.
• Preparing tender clarifications, meeting with consultants & client for tender clarifications.
• Submission of Technical and commercial offer to clients after management approval.
• Technical submission and approvals.
• Material Procurement planning and preparing cash flow charts for full project.
• Execution of MEP services and manpower requirement estimation.
• Testing and commissioning of MEP services
• Involved in Installing Central Air condition and Refrigeration system like VRF, Chillers, DX, Package units etc. And Installation of FAHU, fans, car parking system, Btu meters etc.
• Involved in Replacement of chilled water DRV, NRV and Valves by using freezing technology.
• Submission of Design calculation like Heat loads in HAP, Fan Static pressure calculation, Pumps flow and Head calculation etc.
• Technical submission for MEP equipment’s & material as per manufacture list provided by consultant / client.
• Reviewing of contract drawings and preparing shop drawings and getting approval from consultant / client.
• Preparing of method statements for MEP services installation, testing & commissioning and getting approval from consultants.
• Follow up on the material submittal & shop drawings approval from the consultant & client. Resubmission, if required, any comments on material submittal / shop drawings.
• Attend all technical meetings (Internal meetings, meetings with the main contractor or with the consultant & Client).
• Preparing daily report and informing to management about site issues and productivity.
• Prepare the request for information (RFI) related to MEP issues.
• Preparing of Material Take Off and issue enquiry to Procurement Dept.
• Supervision of site executions, coordinating with site team and coordinating with Civil team
• Raising material and equipment requisitions and preparation of Bill of Quantities as per scope of work.
• Progressive Bill Submissions.
• Variations preparation, submission & Negotiations.
• Escalating civil delays & Required civil clearance to Main contractor through Letters.
