Electrical Site Engineer, Alsaad General Contracting LTD. (KEC - WASAT ALMADINAH Project).
• Responsible for coordinating and managing the electrical aspects of the project and executing
MEP construction activities with a focus on electrical systems.
• Review and analyze the design drawings and specifications related to electrical systems. Verify
the compliance of designs with applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Also, provide
input and recommendations for design improvements and cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Monitor progress,
conduct site inspections, raise WIR’s MIR’s, and ensure that the installation is carried out in
accordance with approved designs and quality standards. Also, coordinate with subcontractors
and manage any technical issues that arise during installation.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of MEP systems compliance with project
specifications and industry standards.
• Supervised a team of 15 technicians to maintain and diagnose faults in equipment such as
transformers, pumps, panels, Ring Main Unit system, and control systems, and propose the
required solution.
• Scheduled work orders for components needed through the inventory system.
• Respond to emergency calls and take immediate action and coordinate meetings with other
engineering departments to resolve critical problems.
• Established a safe and healthy work environment by applying the companys safety rules.
• Proposed electrical product and system modifications to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provided on-site engineering and technical services during installation and fielding processes.
• Supervised a mosque and a residential house site project.
• undertake physical and intrusive investigations including ground investigations, building
surveys, and structure surveys.
• Coordinated project meetings, took detailed project minutes, and performed tasks with
efficiency and accuracy.
• Headed a team of 6 workers to make sure that base and column dimensions were accurate,
and the concrete conforms to the specifications before the pouring process.
