Over 8+ years of gulf experience in Secretarial work with complex business environments, deployed with cross disciplinary teams and management through all development phases. o Well maintaining the president office documents.
o Provide general secretarial / administration support to senior Managers / Engineers & getting dictation in shorthand, proofreading and typing letters, and minutes of meeting.
o Organizing all filing records.
o Arranging internal meetings.
o Answering telephone calls & face to face enquiries.
o Making internal appointments for the meeting.
o Making local / foreign purchase orders and follow-up the same.
o Making material request for all Section as per needs.
o Carrying out routine administrative duties like photocopying and filing etc.
o Handling incoming calls, correspondence and filing.
o Faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning.
o Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
o Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
o Ensure to maintain the confidentiality of all documents while preparing memos, reports and other correspondences.
o Ensure that all incoming/outgoing documents and other related documents are collected and distributed and outgoing communications are handed over to each concerned immediately for their actions.
o Maintain a consistent filing system of all documents in Corporate Executive and other relevant documents as required.
o Making hotel reservation according to the necessary.
o Making flight booking.
o Making employees insurance card.
