Recruit employees from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, SriLanka, Philippines
To execute overall work of the HR department in line with policy guide line (Hire, Fire, Promotion, Contract Renewal, Performance Appraisal plus others)
Prepare employees monthly payroll covering its all dimensions
Entering all leave of absence and sickness in system for all employees
Process employees leave settlement through the ERP system
Prepare Employees ESB/Gratuity Settlement as per Labor Law
Check all overtime list based on time sheet and entering in system
Checking and posting of all payroll related transactions in payroll system with absolute care.
Generate the salaries of all the employees that are working for the company.
Maintain reconciliation for all payroll related accounts with absolute care and accounting standards.
Preparation of reports for Employee forecast/Plan on monthly basis
Prepare the payroll related analysis to management according their requirement.
Prepares final processing for termination including related calculation, end of service Payments according to the labor law.
Collect all work schedule from the Project Managers for all employees and maintain in system
Make report the list for all employees on vacation and contact with managers regarding coming back or not
answering staff queries about time-sheets or pay slips
in charge of processing, preparing and distributing employee paychecks.
Provide a responsive, accurate client advisory service on payroll matters, resolve difficult inquiries and assist in identifying payroll errors and implementing corrective action where required to ensure employee payments are processed accurately and database integrity is maintained.
Provide and promote service excellence and foster effective teamwork and business relationships
Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation.
HR Department
*To execute overall work of the HR Department in line with policy guidelines
*Involved in full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment ( Job posting, CV screening, written exam, interview arrangement, offer letter issuance, joining formalities)
*Handle “onboarding” process with due diligence
To prepare and update leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
*To look after workers and employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of the wages and salaries
*Address all grievances issues and settle those in accordance with existing rules
*Ensuring the practice of Labor Laws in the organization
*To ensure that prescribed procedures for selection, appointment, promotion, transfer and dismissal are operated at all levels
*Assist all staff as well as Management to act accordingly employment Terms & Conditions
*Assist Management to evaluate employee on a regular basis and developing target solid career path
*Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters

*Process job separation (Exit interview, Clearance, Final settlement, release order, experience certificate)
*To supply information and statistical data as and when required by the Management

Attendance Monitoring
Provide ID No. for new joiner
Keep a record of presence or absence, leaves, absenteeism, fines, absenteeism patterns, corrective actions and other data.
Vendor Management
Vendor contract, renewal of contracts, AMC of Accounts, bill verification, Follow up of bills
Petty Cash
Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approval
Forwarding details of all expenses to Accounts team
Facility Management
Maintenance of Lights
Maintenance of Generator and AC
Maintenance of PC, Laptop, UPS, PABX
Water Dispenser, Security Management, House Keeping Management
Training Program
Booking the venue, arranging for IT requirements, Food & Beverages, sending attendance, venue payments and follow up
Recruitment
Arranging for venues and support to recruitment team as and when required
Salary Account
Account opening for new joinees
Government Liaisoning
Interacting with Labor Department, ESI, PF, Registration, Professional tax and other statutory matters
Utility and others Bills payment
Electricity, Telephone, Broadband, Water, Generator - maintain a record with details and date of all bills received and payment made
Rent of premises, Security, House Keeping, Beverages, Newspapers, Stationary, Xerox
Monitor office compliance and report to chairman
Receive all issues related to Chairman
Prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents
Maintains an organized filing and follow-up systems for correspondences
Review documents submitted for Chairman's approval to ensure it is complete and in line with policies and guidelines
Ensure the correct and smooth flow of paper work to relevant department and personnel
Arrange appointments and meetings, takes minutes and maintain agenda
Check e-mail and answer them accordingly . Do all other jobs as and when asked by boss
Attendance & leave management
Manage Employees monthly payroll covering its all dimensions
Manage employees leave and End of Service benefit payment Plan and manage recruitment cum selection process
Liaise with recruiting agencies for hiring cutting edge HR and Draft and issue offer, appointment, confirmation and other kinds of letters
Monitor performance to identify training needs and create training designs
Organize, manage and conclude annual performance appraisal
Implementation ISO norms in the respective area
Work as an Internal Auditor for the implementation of ISO norms
Prepare and process documents and do all related tasks for overseas recruitment
Manage business trip request
Arrange air ticket for vacation, business trip etc.
Arrange reimbursement of medical/hospitalization, insurance etc.
Devise HR policies in line with the current HR practices
