Maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair works on site or in repair shop and minimize the downtime for all installed analyzers by the timely implementation of planned maintenance procedures. - Carries out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting for process gas chromatographs. - Carries out troubleshooting and modification of sulfur recovery unit analyzers such as Tail gas H2s analyzers and programs various process analyzers systems such as Gas chromatograph and CEM systems. - Tests, calibrates and reinstalls repaired analyzers, ensuring accuracy of operation and checks all test instrumentation against recognized standards. - Works on calibration of analyzers and maintains records on analyzer testing, calibration and installation. - Maintain and repair all process analyzers as used for safety and shutdown control, personnel monitoring, environmental monitoring, product quality and process efficiency. - Observes all HSE regulations and ensures safe operating procedures are followed. - Provides work direction to junior technician and contracts as assigned by Supervisor.

Involved in maintaining activities of online analyzers during shutdown.

Supporting vendor on online analyzer installations inside the facility.

• Regular surveillance/inspection of construction activities as per project specification and test plan.
• Store and maintain all quality records.
• Coordinate with construction personnel about ongoing inspection issues.
• Regular reporting to QA/QC manager, on any major issues which require immediate action.
• QC inspection for instrumentation system as per quality control procedure, instrument test plan and project specification.
• Inspection of primary and secondary cable trays installation conduit, instrument installation, impulse line installation & pressure test, Airline installation and pressure test. Secondary and primary cable glanding and termination meggering, continuity etc.

• Manpower planning.
• Job distribution to Sub-contractor & supervisors.
• Supervise the Installation of Control panels, JB’s & Instruments.
• Installation of field instruments, Junction boxes.
• Installation of panels and console.
• Cable Tray layout as per the drawings.
• Calibration of instruments.
• Cable lying and terminations.
• Daily and weekly reporting for the Job done.
• Co-ordination with stores for timely receipt of material
• Taken lead part in pre-commissioning activities like loop checking, troubleshooting etc.
