My current role is to lead and manage the existing business as well as to build the infrastructure of
the company in order to reposition the brand (internal and private labels) to gain a strong
leadership in the industry. The key area of focus is to restructure and standardize all processes and
procedures including production, manufacturing, R&D, distribution, retail, sales and marketing.
