 Managing construction of underground 330 meters long transfer station 4C2/6D1 between lines 4 and 6 of Riyadh Metro Project.
 Supervising a team of one junior engineer and a site superintendent in various execution activities.
 Managing construction of station 4C2/6D1 entrance tunnels to Al-Imam University
 Managing utility diversions (MV/HV lines, Storm Water, Irrigation, Communication, …etc) in the station 4C2 and Cut and Cover zone prior to excavation works for metro line.
 Communication in a proactive way with Design Team, Procurement Team for related issues in order to ensure that construction works are going with no delays.
 Attending weekly meetings with Project Consultant (Ramped) to discuss any site observation and solve it and look-ahead schedules discussion.
 Attending quality meetings to address any quality concerns and work on proposed preventive/corrective actions
 Following up with rebar/formwork suppliers, as the site is self-performing, to ensure supply is on time and that shop drawings are approved in time.
 Coordination with MEP team during construction.
 Review of method statements/sub-contracts/PO’s for different activities.
 Directing earthworks, waterproofing, formwork, steel fixing subcontractors to follow the specifications and approved documents during construction.

 Managing EPC Grain Silos and Flour Mills Turnkey Projects in Ahsa, Dammam and Jeddah.
 Full understanding of the process flow for full assessment of project scope of work.
 Deep understanding of mechanical General Arrangement drawings for planning and follow up of relevant civil works.
 Identification of detailed engineering deliverables (civil, mechanical, electrical, …etc) and setting the plan for monitoring them.
 Identification of long lead engineering/procurement/construction items for monitoring and follow up.
 Following up with fabricators of structural steel work from procurement till delivery.
 Following up with Pre-engineered Buildings suppliers from procurement till delivery.
 Communicating with site managers to follow up different construction activities like: piling, excavation, concreting, slip form, underground networks for potable water, sewage, firefighting, electrical work(cable routing, road lighting, ...etc.), mechanical/structural steel installations.

 Resolution of different project issues with stakeholders.

 Coordination of civil work with other disciplines like piping, mechanical and electrical.
 Making in-site designs for concrete pipe supports, steel pipe rack supports and O&M platforms.
 Providing full technical support for the sub-contractor responding to technical queries pertaining to concrete and structural steel works.
 Making Design Change Proposals in case discrepancy to Aramco/project standards is encountered.
 Providing full technical support for various construction activities like : excavation, foundation, skeletal works for steam/gas turbines, HRSG’s, steam boilers, water/oil tanks, substations, ..etc
 Providing technical support for various network construction civil works(networks for drinking water, sewage, oily water, firefighting, cable trenches, road lighting, …etc)
 Providing technical support for the construction works for roads (concrete and asphalt).
 Providing full technical support for structural steel works(pipe racks, plate work, gratings, chequered plates, handrails, ladders, sheeting, staircases and O&M platforms and any other steel elements ) throughout different stages like : purchasing, fabrication, inspection, and erection according to ASTM, AISC and other relevant codes of practice along with project specs.
 Satisfying Aramco Loss Prevention Dept. requirements for accessibility, escape routes and fire risk areas and the execution of fire monitors, hydrants, extinguishers and hose reel units as part from the firefighting system.
 Making Purchase Requests for different materials required for construction.
 Conducting weekly meetings with sub-contractor for efficient progress of civil works.
 Closing open Issue Log Items pertaining to civil works.
 Assistance in the resolution of punch items during closing stage.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Developing the appropriate Work Breakdown Structures that define project scopes for further planning, monitoring and control throughout the project’s lifecycle.
 Review of budgets for many industrial EPC projects at different trades (i.e. engineering, fabrication, procurements, erection, civil works…etc).
 Monitoring project costs against pre-defined cost baseline.
 Using SAP-PS and MM modules for cost planning purposes.
 Assistance in making breakdown for invoices.
 Preparation of projected cash flow to assess the project’s cash profile.
 Conducting weekly meetings to evaluate projects progress.
 Establishing database of important project information(like long lead items, material prices, contractual issues, manpower histograms, lessons learnt…etc )affecting each project to serve as historical records.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Proposal coordination between different disciplines in accordance with any instructions to bidders submitted by clients.
 Ensuring that all proposals are introduced in time and according to approved proposal plan.
 Working on implementing preliminary R.C designs of various cement plant buildings for quantities estimation purposes for bidding.
 Preparation of civil BOQ’s to obtain quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.
 Conducting visits to project sites to acquire data affecting project scopes for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Coordinating between civil engineering and other disciplines during engineering phase.
 Coordination between project and different engineering firms and equipment suppliers.
 Ensuring that civil drawings are prepared in accordance with project specs.
 During construction phase, I supervised the civil works for different buildings like the Cement Mills(Slip Form Construction) and Feed building, Raw Mills building, Homogenization Silo(Slip Form Construction), Cement Silos, Belt Conveyors and the Electrical Substations.
 Preparation of progress reports.
 Review of sub-contractor’s interim payments.
 Providing technical support for construction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Supervision of most of the construction activities like excavation, concreting and finishing for the Hospital building, Power House, Boiler building, Mosque, A.C building as well as final landscaping works.
 Ensuring that construction works are done according to drawings and specs for further inspection and approval by project’s consultant.
