Exports:
1. Assisting Deputy Manager -Export in all the means to increase the sales.
2. Preparing Proforma Invoices for the Exports, revision of the Proforma Invoices as per the changes suggested by the Customer.
3. Maintain and update Price master with all relevant details. FOC etc. of all export customers.
4. Co-ordinate with the Export customers for the confirmation of Orders
5. Follow up for the payments and other related issues.
6. Follow Up with accounts for the Statement of Accounts of the Export customer and check with Deputy Manager-Export to get the payments from the customers.
7. Co-ordination with the warehouse for Export related matters regarding the Inventory, confirmation of the Physical Inventory against our Proforma Invoices for the Exports, follow up with warehouse for the packing list and also for the delivery of the Export Orders.
8. Monthly report review & analyzing in the second week of every month.


Inventory:
1. Monitor the Inventory from time to time and give Maryaj Head suggestions regarding the fast and slow moving items to reduce the Inventory of AFT Trading.
2. Co-ordinate with the production team for the Items to be produce EDP, Gift Set and etc.
3. Follow Up with the Production team to send the finished goods produced in the new factory to send the same to warehouse on regular basis.
4. Co-ordinate with the warehouse for the Local deliveries and Sort out if there are any issues.
5. Co-ordinate with Maryaj Office Staff for the smooth Operations of the sales, assist each other as and when required.
6. Provide various reports to Head -Maryaj as and when required with details of sales, product movement and other required reports.
7. Co-ordinate with the sale team for the local sales and solves their queries and provide them the details of the Inventory as and when required to improve the Local Sales.
8. Special assignments as per the requirement of the Maryaj Head.
9. Checking the Inventory on regular basis and give suggestions to Head- Maryaj for the products whose Inventory level is decreasing so as to plan the production of the same.
10. Checking the Inventory of BARQI Kiosk item and Re-ordering the Ajmal Products from time to time after consulting the same with Mr. Bilal. Also will be arranging the deliveries to BARQI Shops.
