• Ensure compliance with and provide support for the new performance management process Support managers with disciplinary & grievance issues

• Coordinate the process for successful applicants.
• Ensure all staff have a Contract of Employment on commencement of employment
• Support managers to create & manage a probation plan for each new employee
• Create & implement an induction process for all staff
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Work with senior managers for annual vacation, mobilization, demobilization plan
• Yearly, monthly expected HR Department budget
• Managing and controlling all HR Department expenses.
Performance Management
• Ensure compliance with and provide support for the new performance management process
• Support managers with disciplinary & grievance issues
• Performance Appraisals
Payroll Management
• Manage the payroll process and follow the wage protection system WPS
• Review the salary structure & all reward schemes and salary deductions and absences.
• Help create a culture of recognition for achievement
Compensation & Benefits
• Auditing the End of Service benefits, leave benefits as per Qatar Labor Laws
• Medical insurance and workmen compensation policy
• Ticketing process
Contracts Administration
• Managing Job Offers, Employment Contracts as per Qatar Labor Laws.
Government Relations System
• Managing and follow up Renewal of civil defense, CR and Municipal License, visa issues, ID
• The attendance system and remedial actions for absenteeism in Coordination with the Projects Management.
Others
• Preparation of MIS reports and submission to the Management and providing briefs on all updates and specific improvements to the Human Resources department.
