As a service desk team member, I provide support or implementation of all IT services for the company includes (network, printers, Hardware, software, cloud applications such office 365, desktops, laptops, and servers both physical and virtual) by following the IT internal policy instruction and providing the service with ITIL standards.
Also responsible for generating reports directly to the team leader for the evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades also maintaining inventory and tracking of equipment and hardware supplies (RAMs, HDD, cables, adapters, etc.).
Working in Avionics workshop in the Head Workshops of aircraft as an engineer in the office of the technical solving, IT support, repair, technical maintenance and engineering studies.
