Key roles and responsibilities involved in Pre & Post Contract: Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project controls scope of service . • Prepares and/or coordinates the preparation of full cost estimates
• On conceptual, design-build or general tender work.
• Prepare reports and supporting documents to submit to Proposal Manager to identify.

Key roles and responsibilities include in Pre & Post Contract:
Drafting Cost Adjustment (Escalation) & Completion statement. Planning and designing Claims & Variations.
Preparing weekly Progress reports.
Identifying and preparing new item rates
Taking notes of the initiation stage and Conceptualization and visualization the project. Quantity take-off for planning and procurement of materials.
Checking the agreements between subcontractors and the payments.
Evaluating and timely submitting interim payment and final payments along with the documents needed. Reviewing cost variances and prepare justifications accordingly.
Liaising with client/consultant engineer for clarification of queries related to payments.

Accountable for Liaising with site surveyor to verify quantities of completed works. Maintaining and updating physical quantities completed by the contractor. Reviewing and certifying contractor's interim and final payments. Assessing cost effects when changes occur and agreeing on variations with the contractor. Evaluating and certifying variations and change orders. Financial control over claims and variations and providing justifications. Analyzing and reporting on the implications of revisions on quantities and contractual. Excellent knowledge of contractual procedures.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
Mobilization to site, controlling and monitoring site work.
Taking part in Client/Consultant Meetings, Site Meetings.
Accountable for Mobilization and Demobilization Process.
Responsible for executing site work (pile foundation, Raft foundation). In-charge of submitting drawings for approval from Consultant.
Checking additional works.
Responsible for following up with Time schedule & cost control (Direct & indirect impact of protecting) Preparing Monthly Reports for Client.
