Review of all related MEP including Electrical LV, HV. Mechanical - HVAC (Heating Venting and Air conditioning). Plumbing - pipes, fixtures & fittings; water supply/distribution, and waste removal. Common types of Mechanical and Electrical System use in MEP.
Coordination with the MEP and engineering design team(client) on all aspects of the design and execution.
Review the shop drawings and ensure the timely approval progress as per agreed schedules.
Preparation of project implementation schedules.

2) Heat Load Calculation Duct Design System.
3) Chilled Water piping system
4) Air conditioning heat load calculation, Fresh air calculation
5) Duct system design.
6) Design of Toilet exhaust system, car parking ventilation, kitchen exhaust.
7) Chilled water piping design system.
8) Selection of grills, diffuser & other equipment.
9) Selection of chiller, AHU’S, FCU’S, blower and exhaust fan.
10) Preparation of drawing for air conditioning and accessories installation.
1) Work with Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.
