Providing all IT related Support at client Project- TOTAL 32 BRANCHES
Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Al Qassim Province, Saudi Arabia.
Managing large-scale enterprise systems, server equipment and operating systems. -Desktop Management, Fingerprint, CCTV.
Support in defining IT system architectures, design and quality assurance policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Monitoring maintaining and ensuring smooth efficient running of all IT systems in the organization(Purchasing IT devices).
Communicate with management regarding IT related issues and respond users on timely manner (SLA based Service).
Deployment, installation, configuration of end user computer hardware software, systems, network, printers, scanners and all other IT equipment and peripherals based on the business demand.
Active directory Administration and Group policy management, Assigning domain computers, users to respective groups.
Provide first, second level support through call or onsite, for all IT services (L1, L2 and L3 Support) -LAN cable Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing, solving hardware or software issues Support Hardware and Software asset management/tracking/auditing for devices not connected to the network and according to Ministry policy

24/7 On-call support for critical incidents and emergency situations as part of Business Continuity Plan requirements.
Provide VIP support based on Ticket levels as per SLA and agreement.
Procure requested hardware according to Ebttikar purchasing procedure and Support for 32 municipal branches all over the province .
Technical Skills:
Installing and configuring cisco routers and switch
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows 7, 8, 10 Operating systems
Knowledge about routing and Switching and its protocols
Knowledge in Ipv4, IPv6 and Subnetting
Assembling PC Computer, Replacing Parts as required
Knowledge in VLAN, STP, and Inter VLAN routing
Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading Enterprise level IT Environment.
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
Support and administer third-party applications
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency) and test for weaknesses
Research and make recommendations on server system administration.
Define network policies and procedures.
Monitoring maintaining and ensuring smooth efficient running of all IT systems in the organization.
Interact with Project Managers daily to be able to see and understand their IT problems and provide competent solutions to these problems.
Deployment, installation, configuration of end user computer hardware software, systems, network, printers, scanners and all other IT equipment and peripherals based on the business demand.
Follow up with Project managers users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
