Responsible of wastewater treatment in MBBR plant (11000 m3
/day) and water treatment in RO plant (7000 m3
/day).
- Responsible of water treatment quality in Chiller plant, Boiler
plant and Solar plant, Chilled water network, Condenser loops,
Hot water network, Thermal Storage Tanks, Corrosion coupon,
Softener tanks and makeup water quality.
-Responsible of chemical, physical and biological analysis
(PH, TDS, BOD, COD, TSS, DO, TN, MLSS, SV, SVI, TURBIDITY, TOTAL
IRON, TOTAL RESIDUAL CHLORINE, FREE CHLORINE, TOTAL
BACTRICAL COUNT, SILICA, TOTAL IRON, NITRITE)
-Calibrate Lab instruments to ensure all results are accordance with
quality standard.
-Managing mechanical engineers, operators,
technicians and labors (213 person) to ensure all PPM
plans and activity isimplemented according to the PPM
schedule.
-Monitoring the MAXIMO system and arrange daily report for
mechanical head.
-Monitor monthly KPI for mechanical department to ensure it
matching with the project target.
