Follow up with subcontractors for authority approval (DEWA, Civil Defense and DU)
Prepare snagging list for the electrical and ELV works.
Check the work carried out by subcontractor if it is as per authority regulations and project specifications.
Check and approve invoices in line with the contract terms and the approval of inspections by the consultant.

Check drawings and give approvals for the shop fit out works.
Redistribute the load to accommodate any extra loads for shops.

Supervise all the subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specification.

Prepare installation inspections & testing & commissioning inspections.
Plan for work at site to meet the deadlines.
Ensure the work carried out on site is in line with DEWA regulations and project specifications.

Responsibilities:
Monitor the contractor’s progress for conformance with the contract plans and specifications, approved shop
drawings and approved work plans.
Attending project meetings to ensure achievable deadlines are set.
Perform field inspections for electrical materials and installations.
Maintain complete records for the execution of work.
Raise NCR (Non-Compliance Report) or SOR (Site Observation Report) in case of any deficiencies in quality.
Monitoring of work activities at the site
Coordinate all electro - mechanical activities with various teams on site.
Ensure all that all civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP contactor to proceed with work
Coordinate between MEP and civil drawing at the site
Attending Authority inspections as per project schedule.

Take initiative and provide inputs to the department’s contentious improvement process.
