• Manage administratively the Executive Management area. Arrange schedules and appointments for the President and EVP. Ensure that all visitors, telephone calls and mails are screened and handled in a professional manner. Performing a variety of administrative duties related to operations within the President’s Office and performing other related duties as assigned.

Manage all Company's executive office requirements and functions includes:
- Coordinate internal and external executive meetings
- Liaison with concern department for Board of Directors meetings convened in Yanbu.
- control executive telephone calls. communication and post correspondence.
- Supervise Executive Dept. admin. Assistants/secretaries and other contractor personnel including work
assignments.
- Manage visits & completing related functions.
- Assumes general supervision responsibility of Executive Conference halls ensuring video/audio aids and
other requirements are functioning and in place.
- Develop robust filing system for Executive department to ensure easy and quick retrieval of documents.
