assignments.
- Manage visits & completing related functions.
- Assumes general supervision responsibility of Executive Conference halls ensuring video/audio aids and
other requirements are functioning and in place.
- Develop robust filing system for Executive department to ensure easy and quick retrieval of documents.
2. Implement Internal Relations 2011 program:
- Yanpet open day

- Employees wive's contest
- Quran contest
- Organize the employee recognition party
- Children drawing contest
- SabiclYanbu affiliates support tournment
- Breakfast for new muslim in ramadan
- Visit to sick employee admitted in the hospital
