My current role is a Field Service Engineer, but acting as a Project Engineer since day one.
Working mainly within the Motor Vehicle Industry "MVI" business area.
My responsibilities include - but not limited to-,
-New Project installation, Mechanical, Electrical, and software.
-Project documentation, Drawings, Electrical, and Pneumatic.
-Customer change requests, feedback, and adjustments.
-Support customers and my team with knowledge and experience in IT, Networking,
system management, HW, and Software solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Technician responsible for all assembly tools on the plant Floor, calibration,
programming, service, and preventive maintenance.
- Teaching other technicians from different departments in tool service, calibration,
programming, and assembly joints troubleshooting.
- Develop new manufacturing methods for unique custom ordered products and documenting with instructions, to be standardized working instructions.
- Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment - Respond
immediately to Machine equipment breakdown and other problems on the
production floor.
- Adjust and test the machine as required per international standards for safety and
reliability, order new spare parts and update the documentation and instructions.
- Guide the assembly technicians in using the equipment.
Some of the skills and experience I gained at IAC,
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in solving problems with different types of Tightening Technique and programming the assembly tools.
- Practical experience in performing a different type of material and tightening analysis.
- Practical experience in workplace ergonomics.
- Experience in process management tools and production line process control systems from different lead vendors, Atlas Copco, Desoutter, and Pivotware.
- A wide variety of machine vendor-specific training.
I worked with the premium photo camera segment, which was introduced to the global market in early 2013.
My main responsibilities were to solve the daily production issues including,
- Equipment tuning and modification, process adjustments.
- Guide the assembly technicians through the manufacturing process.
- Solving quality issues.
- Planning for new products, getting actively involved in the pre-production test, and
analysis.
Because of my experience of that line of products I also worked as a service technician doing all repairs needed for customer-owned devices or in-line repairs and
modification.
Vida Magika was a Family owned small-sized children Entertainment company,
consists of 11 employees.
I was responsible for all technical equipment including Sound, video, and children's
games.
Planning new shows, on stage equipment installation and operating during
the shows and most of the time I had the role of show director.
My main tasks were to plan, create, and manage all types of entertainment activities
in the resort.
- I also was responsible for all light, sound, and video equipment.
- I built the entertainment systems from the ground up — literally —, I was provided
with a storage room full of old or broken equipment and I turned it into a complete
entertainment system.
- 'sing my electronics knowledge and skills to repair and rebuild the equipment,
woodworking skills to rebuild the theater and the speaker boxes.
- The same room in which we took the equipment out, We turned it into a fully
functional, safe, and beautiful kids Club.
- I was managing the Entertainment team which consists of a multinational group of
12 entertainers.
- "working closely with the management team to plan and execute sales targets for
the different departments.
- Managed the planning and construction of the hotel's new facility "new restaurant".equipment
Professional Certifications, the program is designed to develop key skills needed in the Automotive industry. The Institution is part of Volvo Cars Group. Some of the key subjects covered, Instrumentation and control, Distributed system, PLC, Project management, industrial process, Robots, Industrial IT, and Automation.
I studied system analysis and system development. My curriculum included - to mention a few - DBA, Electronics, Different programming languages, system design and developing, Networks, Economy, and project management.
