Network Engineer resident in Blue coat Project \[Jan2013 - Present\]
 Responsible for:
o Installing, Configuring & Maintaining for the Bluecoat Proxy SG;
o Installing, Configuring & Maintaining for the Cisco Routers.

Network Engineer resident in Networks Project \[Jan2012 - Present\]
 Designing and deploying networks in the ministry of education in all schools;
 Handling production networking environment by implementing and managing it;
 Handling network infrastructure devices and equipment;
 Using different methodologies to increase the performance and reliability of the network infrastructure;
 Creating documents on network architecture, its design criteria, performance metrics, etc;
 Team Leader for 3 working groups and each group contains the 5 technicians and coordination between groups to get the highest performance and most reliable implementation of the tasks.

System Administrator resident in Management of Libraries Project \[Jan2011 - Jan2012\]
 Responsible for:
o All computers hardware and software in the management of libraries;
o Servers and internal networks;
o Software libraries and programs of the indexing of books (Horizon 7.3.1 and Symphony 3.4);
o Design of the website for the management of libraries and on the website of the Ministry of Education.

System Administrator resident in MOE Projects \[Jan2007 - Jan2011\]
 Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure;
 Troubleshooting and repairing PCs desktop and laptop;
 Diagnosing, analyzing and solving computer related problems hardware, software, applications expeditiously;
 Networking and Internetworking technologies, Routing Protocols and different communication solutions;
 Troubleshooting network related problems;
 Following ITIL framework processes and specifically Incident, Problem and Configuration Management;
 Supervising and managing field team;
 Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff;
 Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems.

Central Metallurgical Research and Development (Egypt)
 Troubleshooting and repairing PCs desktop and laptop;
 Diagnosing, analyzing and solving computer related problems hardware, software, applications expeditiously;
 Networking and Internetworking technologies, Routing Protocols and different communication solutions;
 Troubleshooting network related problems;
 Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff;
 Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password;
 Giving courses to the fresh graduate engineer in the following programs:
o H/W, Fundamentals, S/W Installation & Definition, Widows XP Fundamentals & advanced, Office XP Fundamentals and advanced, Visual Basic 6.0 and ICDL.
