Oversight the operation for a large portfolio of multimillion-dollar properties across UAE.
Developed customized cost structure for properties expenses specially CAPEX & OPEX.
Developed FM goals to be aligned with the company’s strategic goal through the design of
Balance Scorecard.
Leasing across the portfolio and increase occupancy rates.
Successfully led and coordinated renovation and refurbishment of CAPEX projects such as CCTV
installation across the portfolio, Waterproofing for warehouse and major MEP renovation of
high-value property in Dubai to enhance the marketability and position of the property. The
refurbishment including replacement of Support of equipment engineering including
specification, purchase, and maintenance systems.
Accomplished a breakthrough transformation of the FM operating model in a short period.
Fully responsible with complete ownership of the portfolio across the region in all aspects of
Engineering, Facilities, readiness of units for leasing.
Designed the organization chart, team responsibilities and set the overall annual goals of the FM
team/department and built a top-notch Facilities management team.
Implemented an operational tracking & control system and reduced cost by around 20%. In
addition to managing overall building including facilities maintenance and operation at multiple
sites across the Region inclusive development, management of reporting and audit of 3rd party
maintenance contracts.
Orchestrated the tendering process of IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) contract including
(RFP, Tender Clarifications, Vendor meetings, Technical & Commercial evaluation, Negotiations
and Contract reviews and Awarding).
Assisted with digital transformation program including the launch of new CRM.
Successfully led and coordinated renovation and refurbishment projects.

Define goals & priorities based on customer’s needs & wants, organize staff deployment,
Training, QHSE & performance monitoring to ensure service levels & KPI’s are achieved.
Manage contract budget, Quarterly Profit & Loss and recovery plans.
Fully understand and ensure procedural adherence to industry operating standards
Manage mobilization & de-mobilization for newly awarded contracts including hiring right
manpower, transportation, and logistics.
