- -Since May 2015 till now, I’m the senior supervisor and the process owner for RO water Treatment plant and Aquafina line quality control at Pepsi mega plant, this includes all the technical and documental Affairs related to Aquafina bottled water Quality and technical supporter and Troubleshooter for RO systems as I conducted CQV (Commissioning, Qualification and Verification) for Pepsi Mega Plant water treatment/Aquafina line supplied by ICE Engineering with an Excellent understanding of the Electrical and Mechanical installations for various WTP equipment(UF, RO, ACF, UV and tanks sizing….etc.).
-Implementing SOP’s, GMP, GLP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 -2016, ISO 9001-2008, I maintain all processes under its normal Operation conditions and analyze/troubleshooting physiochemical and Microbiological testing results with excellent controlling and managing of OPEX and CAPEX.
-Conduct and develop the various sanitations processes including COP/CIPs, also ensure the plant availability as set KPI’s plus the generation of daily, monthly and annually operation and cost reports.
- Cooperating with OEM for more applicable RO system and preparation and Monitor the Frequency of the chemical cleaning and sanitation and annual overhauling for RO and IWWTP systems.

since January 2006 as a chemist at MOBICA IWWTP unit (the biggest Onsite Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant in Egypt with a capacity of 65000 m3/day of highly polluted water contaminated with dyes and natural waxes treated with the highest and the latest German and Russian IWWTP recycling technology of (ELGA- Berkefeld-Veolia) and CUSS of recycling percentage of about 40% of waste water.
-Measurement of COD, BOD, VFA, MLSS, TSS, TOC, SVI and TDS using IC and spectrophotometers.
-Undergone commissioning and Co-design for water purification processes (Ultraviolet system, RO, MBBR, MBR, EGSB, ETP, SBR, ACF and Biogas formation system) for the last 5 years since 2009.
- Troubleshooting and sizing of Dewatering and sludge handling system.
