o Experience on monitoring tools administrator (Riverbed,
SolarWinds, E-site Huawei).
o Maintain and deliver the Service monitoring & Application
Performance Management Systems utilized by other teams.
o Implementing and troubleshoot: Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP,
OSPF, BGP).
o Very good practice and dealing with Campus networks,
implementing and configuring Virtual Networks (VLANs), Portchannel,
Spanning Tree, Inter-VLAN Routing.
o Configuring VRRP load balancing for sites with multiple links.
o Configuring access-lists to control the traffic.
o Open and escalate tickets for network links issue with service
providers.
o Management (PAM) solution and its associated processes.
o Analyze root causes and reduce repeat incidents and enhanced
network performance to drive efficiency.
o Collaborate with filed technicians and service providers to
effectively troubleshoot and resolve various types of network
issues and outgas.

(Network utilization and ticketing reports)
o Maintaining SLA with service providers and vendors and
department tickets.

o Manage and maintain the SolarWinds, LAN, WAN, Servers, and mainframes.
o Network Traffic Analysis (Interface utilization, Response Time, Packet loss).
o Knowledge of System Center Operating Manger, diagnosing, fault finding, Generating reports (Memory and CPU load, Services) .
o Provide rapid and skilled response to all incidents, alerts, and outages. Categorize incoming issues, and direct to the appropriate resource for resolution.
o Open and escalate the tickets with 3rd party service providers in response to incidents/outages and only the responsible department to close the tickets.
o Collaborated with network engineers, filed technicians and telecom carriers to effectively troubleshoot and resolve various types of network issues and outgas.
o Monitor progress and escalate as required Perform all job functions in a 7x24 shift-based environment
o Create, modify, and update documentation, knowledge base articles, and procedures for use by the NOC team and other interested groups.

o Daily check back up links and update.
o Assist in Maintaining and servicing information and communication equipment and facilities within and for remote sites.
o Maintain network availability
o Familiar supporting Data Center facilities (Stabilizer voltages, ATS Volutes, DC temperature, Pumps, Chillers)
o Create, modify, and update documentation, knowledge base articles, and procedures for use by the department and other interested groups.
