• Analyze consumption history and supplier lead times in order to determine accurate forecasts, and compute necessary quantities.
• Ensure products availability at the lowest inventory cost based on demand and sales forecasts.

• Receiving the price quotations & prepare schedule of comparison.
• Manage purchases by creating and sending Purchase Order Forms to suppliers.

• Ensuring that actual and system quantities match using Oracle ERP system
• Followed-up with store quantities to ensure that sufficient amounts of raw materials were available for the production department
• Forecasting the demand of raw materials ordered to the warehouse
• Supervising the inspection of the quality, quantity, and storage of all imported materials
• Communicated effectively and continuously with the general manager
