• Carrying out the installation of fire alarm & security system.
• Checking of the fire alarm system according to the civil defense requirement.
• Fault finding and rectification of fault in fire alarm and security system Panel.
• Checking of fire extinguisher system (FM 200) is working properly.
• Carrying out the installation of BMS and Automation system.
• Installation of emergency lighting system and maintaining of the same.
• Maintaining of motor generator and electrical panel and carrying out of the breakdown call in case of emergency.
• Liaising with client, consultant and main contractor.
• Attending project progress review meetings with client and consultant.
• Preparation and submission of shop drawings for consultant approval and execution.
• Delegation of work to execution team.
• Continuous monitoring of site progress and quality of work.
• Preparation and submission of maintenance manual, as built drawings.
• Carrying out site & factory inspection of panel and equipment’s.
• Controlling all aspects of projects execution till completion.
1 Execution of site works such as containment Installation, cabling, and wiring.
2 Installation of Light fitting And Small Power Sockets according to the client requirement.
3 Installation, Cabling and Termination, Energisation of Tunnel Ventilation Fan in underground metro station.
4 Eraction, Cabling, Energisation of Electrical Switchgear panel and SMDB’s and DB’s.
5 Installation of UPS system and Central Battery system and make T&C of the same.
6 Site surveying and setting out dimensional control.
7 Exercising full control of Work force at Site.
8 Ensuring work is executed in accordance with contract specifications, approved drawings, agreed procedures and method statements.
9 Ensuring that Safety Rules and Regulations are communicated to the Workforce and are thoroughly enforced.
10 Completing the necessary QA documentation related to the work under his direct control and ensuring all QA/QC procedures are followed.
11 Process the material equipment indents, follow up and coordinate with the purchase department.
12 Testing and commissioning of E&M systems as per contract specifications as applicable.
13 Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer, issue ITR, receive NCR (Non Conformance Report) and do correct required action on it.
14 Interaction with the site staff for coordination of E&M Works with Civil Works.
15 Ensure the E&M works including snags/defects are completed in time in accordance with the agreed program of works.
16 Monitor the progress of works at site and highlight the problems to the Project Manager as required.
17 Arrange for the material and necessary manpower well in advance.
18 Co-ordinate and assist the Project Manager for timely ordering of material and equipment.
19 Preparation & Submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
20 Prepare work plans and look ahead short term programs as required by the contract.
21 Coordination of E&M installations at site.
