• Monitor major milestone has been met and report any deficiencies to Planning Manager, Project Managers, and Divisional Managers.
• Review Baseline Programs and Updated Program and report any issues or deficiencies
• Monitor and advise the Planning manager/Project Managers of any foreseen slippage of progress, Corrective actions to be taken and arrange coordination meeting between all related parties.
• Assist the planning Manager in Schedule Development of Base Line Schedule using Primavera P6.
• Prepare in detail the recovery schedule if required and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are increased properly from Main and sub-contractors.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly reports.
• Development of the master and construction schedules, liaison with works package contractors to ensure all programmes are consistent with the construction schedule.
• Demonstration of critical paths & consequent disruption.
• Demonstration of entitlement to EOT occurring as a result of delay/ disruption/ loss of efficiency. Production rate analysis and work cycle analysis to demonstrate entitlement to EOT, drafting of claim and negotiation strategy.
• Other responsibilities also included defining the notification requirements under the contract for EOT and setting up a standardized system to ensure compliance.
• Timely issuance of notices to the customer or its representative.
• Demonstration of critical paths & consequent disruption.
• Prepares and submit updated work programs and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
• Review MEP/Infrastructure Subcontractors Baseline Program, Updated Program, and EOT Claims.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly MEP/Infrastructure reports for Client.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with MEP/Infrastructure Subcontractors.
• Prepare in detail the recovery schedule if required and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are increased properly from Main and sub-contractors.

• Scheduling Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P6).
• Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Preparing progress % calculation systems, earned man-hours, productivity & Trend analysis.
• Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review.
• Resources Estimation and Loading in P6 plan.
• Preparing Variations and EOT Analysis.
• Review engineering documents.
• Inspection on compliance of execution of works to international and client specifications and procedures.
• Ensuring that project is executed as per Schedule.
• Commissioning of new installations.
• Negotiation with contractors.
• Analyze the project file/drawings sent by the Engineering and Design personnel.
• Reviews contract drawings, specifications and other procurement materials that have been prepared by others; and provide comments on the results of the reviews.
• Manage and control of manpower and resources for job requirements.
• Planning for and arrangement of necessary materials, resources, and tools required for the job.
• Ensure the safe operation of the project.
