Processing of work order received from sales team immediately.
Checking of payment status with accounts department before giving it to production.
Arranging of materials required to complete the order.
Following up with engineering department for obtaining drawings.
Arranging the site measurement with the respective person.
Following up with Purchase department for taking updates on estimate time of arrival of the materials.
Coordination with production manager and production supervisor for timely completion of order.
Providing support and assistance to sales engineers and management.
Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports to senior managers
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Removing obstacles that are holding back operational efficiency.
Maintaining hard and soft copy of all the documents in a proper manner and its proper position.
Kept update on status of project in m.s excel and communicated with operation manager regularly.
Always polite and helpful with work colleagues, managers and clients.
Coordinating with delivery incharge for making delivery on time.

Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers

Recommended various improved materials or machinery to customers and clients by showing how these changes and improvements would lower costs and improve performance
