• Responsible for assembling, configuring, testing, & troubleshooting of IBM/Toshiba POS machines, Dell desktop/laptop/server running Win XP/7/8/10 in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Installation & Maintenance of around 190 plus IBM/Toshiba POS machines in parlors (northern, southern & western region of KSA) & all department systems in office, including branch offices.
• Installation and maintenance of Biometric devices, CCTV cameras, credit card machines & IP phones with coordination of respective venders.
• Provides technical support by phone, remote screen sharing, and in person when required, to maximize first-call solve rates for local and remote users.

• Responsible for setup, configuration, testing, upgrades and deployment of Server/desktop/laptop machines running Windows 2003/2008/XP/7 in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Installing & configuring Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Remote services etc.
• Sharing resources, managing user accounts, groups, user profiles, applying group policies, creating home folders & organization units.
• Creating/modifying/deleting user accounts in Linux server so that users can log on from Win XP using putty software.
• Responsible for supporting network and local printers including troubleshooting, and coordinating maintenance with vendors.
