Key responsibilities include talent acquisition client management, partnership with business leaders, system and processes advocacy/consistency, recruitment metrics, and reports. To develop

End to End Recruitment for MADAR, Core team, Construction Supervision Projects, below are some of the projects:

-Hospitals, Universities, Schools, Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure and Industrial Projects
-Airbases, Airports, Commercial and Industrial Cities and mixed use Urban Developments
-Military Cities / Campuses to house 5000 to 20000 military personnel
-Communication and Surveillance Systems spread across large geographical areas kingdom wide


Responsibilities as OD Manager:
• Strategizing and implementing OD interventions related to Corporate & HR Strategy, HR Policies & Procedures, Change Management, Performance Management & Rewards, Compensation Management, Competency, Effectiveness & Engagement Management, Culture Building and so on for the organization.
• Implementing performance management philosophy, framework and process for the organization as per Balanced Score Card approach
• Creating a performance oriented culture through strategy and goal setting workshops, timely & fair performance assessment process, development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers
• Supervised matters related to Bonus, Medical Insurance, End of service Benefits.
• Defining organizational structure & human capital requirements to align HR functions with business goals, providing the catalyst to optimize performance, enhance productivity, drive revenue & profit growth

Responsibilities as Talent Manager:

• Managing and leading a team of recruiters and the recruitment efforts for the Construction Supervision Projects (Building, infrastructure, Airport, Road, Highway, Industrial City and High Rise. Etc., ) across Saudi Arabia with the Saudi government authorities.
• Leading the strategy and execution of Saudization recruitment program.
• Driving talent acquisition initiatives to support proactive sourcing efforts to eliminate external agency spend.
• Working closely with management and employees across all departments to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Providing training and education to hiring managers on topics such as the recruiting process and interviewing technique to inspire a stronger partnership between hiring managers, HR and the recruiting team
