العمل كمدير مالي لشركة سول العربية للمقاولات مسند الي تطوير النظام المحاسبي الحالي - التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتدفقات النقدية، بما يضمن استمرارية التشغيل وتحقيق الاستقرار المالي للشركة. وتشمل مسؤولياته إدارة السيولة ورأس المال العامل، ومتابعة المستخلصات والتحصيلات، والإشراف على التسهيلات البنكية وخطابات الضمان والتمويلات المتعلقة بالمشاريع - الرقابة على التكاليف وتحليل ربحية المشاريع ومتابعة الانحرافات المالية، بالإضافة إلى إعداد القوائم والتقارير المالية والميزانيات التقديرية والتوقعات النقدية. ويشارك في مراجعة العقود من الناحية المالية والتأكد من الالتزام بشروط الدفع والضمانات والغرامات والمطالبات المالية - اعتماد القوائم المالية من مكتب المراجعة المعتمد لدى الشركة و الاشراف على اصدار وسداد الاقرارات الضريبية الشهرية - رفع المستخلصات على منصة اعتماد ومتابعة تنفيذ جداول الكميات BOQ ومطابقتها مع كل بيانات عقود المشاريع

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Cash Flow Management: Oversee liquidity, working capital, and daily fund requirements to maintain smooth operations.
3. Cost & Margin Analysis: Analyze product costs, gross margins, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
5. Credit Control & Collections: Manage customer credit limits, monitor receivables, and reduce overdue accounts.
6. Investment & Risk Analysis: Evaluate financial risks, assess return on investment for new projects or branches.
7. Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, taxation, and regulatory requirements through regular reviews.

1. Record all approved payment requests—whether paid in cash, by cheque, or bank transfer—according to the approved accounting treatments for each item, link them to their respective cost centers in the accounting system, and ensure that all entries match the supporting documents.
2. Record all approved electronic payment requests for invoices, government services, and other services downloaded from the bank website, in accordance with the approved accounting treatments for each item, link them to the relevant cost centers, and verify that all entries correspond to supporting documents.
3. Record all customer accounting transactions, including invoice issuance, collections, and monthly reconciliation of balances for each customer.
4. Prepare and issue the monthly payroll for the company’s employees and record the related accounting entries for salary accruals and payments.
5. Record and manage the company’s fixed assets, calculate annual depreciation, and process asset disposals by closing the accumulated depreciation account upon sale.
6. Prepare and submit the monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) return for the company through the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) portal.
7. Calculate the sales commissions for company representatives in accordance with the company’s approved accounting policy.
8. Prepare and issue all annual financial reports, including the Trial Balance, Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Income Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
9. Prepare the annual requirements for medical insurance companies to renew the company’s employee health insurance policy.

• Accounting guidance for financial journal entries.
• Inventory adjustments and stock closing reconciliations.
• Review and comparison of proposals from medical and vehicle insurance companies to select the most suitable option.
• Preparation and issuance of the four main financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Cash Flow Statement).
