-Provide analysis on product and store performance
-Ensure alignment of stock with brand guidelines at all times
-Monitoring store sellout, sellthrough, and gross margin to ensure that budget and target are met
-Provide buyers with quantitative and qualitative feedback (pre and post buying)
-Work with marketing and commercial teams for product launches, store openings/closings, and marketing events
-Propose replenishments/re-orders and swaps by stores, liquidations and markdowns, returns to vendor

-Preparing various dashboard reports for senior management on a regular basis
-Preparing the monthly logistics billing charges for all the group retail divisions being serviced
-Supervising all warehouse activities
-Closely monitoring operational KPIs and ensuring that all tasks are being completed in a correct and timely manner within set benchmarks
-Following up with other company back-office divisions (e.g. traffic, finance) to facilitate the day to day flow of operations
-Monthly meetings and presentations to company retail divisions regarding warehouse KPI performance and suggestions for improvement
-Involved in staff training with regards to software applications and on the ground operations
Special Tasks:
-Played a key role in the launch of WMS for Jeddah and Riyadh warehouses in 2010-2011
-Played a key role in the move to the new distribution facility inaugurated in 2013
-Played a key role in attaining IMS certification in 2014
Quality Responsibilities:
-Developed warehouse quality and safety procedures and trained the staff on how best to implement them
-Audited warehouse operations on a monthly basis and provided senior management with a detailed report on all findings
-Established the warehouse nonconformance reporting system and made sure corrective and preventive actions were being implemented
-Followed up with service providers to ensure that all facility and machinery maintenance tasks were being completed properly and on time
-Assisted in preparing employee appraisals
Inventory Responsibilities:
-Coordinating with the stock controllers to ensure that:
•stock was being stored in the proper section and temperature
•stock was being stored in accordance with established quality guidelines
-Preparing various inventory reports for clients and management (such as stock level reports/stock aging reports/stock by lot reports/damage stock reports/space utilization reports)
-Managing the cycle count process
-Monitoring near expiries and coordinating with client for expiry extension/disposal
-Ensuring that stock accuracy percentage was meeting or exceeding the set benchmark
-Client is a major telecom retailer that operates across the Middle East
-Managed a team of twelve staff in a 1000 sqm warehouse plus two delivery vans and drivers
- Planned and organized warehouse activities along with the operations manager to ensure that they were completed in an accurate and timely manner
-Trained the staff on how to use the Aramex Optilog WMS
-Communicated with the client on a regular basis to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations
In addition to completing my BBA with a concentration in the marketing track, I also completed several business elective courses in international management, and also in HR management. I graduated with a 91% average. I had received awards for outstanding academic performance for keeping my average above 80% the entire five years I spent at that school. I was previously enrolled at the Aramco schools which have an American curriculum.
