 Carry out assignment as directed by the IT Manager or direct supervisor.

 Operate the main hospital system by ensuring proper backups and periodic maintenance.

 Installing and configuring new computer hardware operating system and application.

 Troubleshooting system and network problems & diagnosis and solving hardware or software faults.
 Maintain daily servers backup
 Checking Servers logs
 Operating System Patches (WSUS).
 Configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment to the specifications of client proposals.
 Environmental aspects of an operating system and database including recoverability, integrity, security, availability and Performance on a global basis
 Create, edit, delete users per request
 Follow up day to day support issues and maintain issue and support HIS system.
 Develop and provide on-demand online training material to enhance users’ utilization of HIS system.
 Develop, implement and update policies related to education and training in HIS systems, Warehouse Billing and Cash Management.
 Produce and maintain service level reports and report on at least a monthly basis.
 Participate and perform project activities, server and system administration.
 Handle errors and Problem that happen and affected to Cycle of Application inside hospital.

 Liaise with hardware vendors regarding maintenance of computer equipment.

 Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware software and resources.

 Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.

 Assist users with proper operations of computer equipment and software systems.
 Resolve incidents according to procedures and per service level agreements.

 Upgrade skills by continuous training and identifying needed training areas.
 Oversee all tests on systems and ensure effective implementation of all test process.

 Train and advice users informally on general usage and operation of computer equipment.
