Project Engineer at
JVC Alghussain Tower ( 3 Basements + G + 20 Floors ), Dubai, UAE.
Supervise & coordinate between the staff and other site departments,
Follow up work in the site, day to day tasks and activities.
Produce periodical reports to monitor project progress as per schedule.
Attending regular meeting on work progress, coordination, design, , etc to
discuss key issues related to project and take effective corrective actions.
• Oversee work on site, supply & install of C.H.W pipes, Ducts, AHU, Chiller
Pumps, B.M.S, Fire Fighting systems, Water supply, Drainage etc.
Inspection of martial submitted by the Sub contractors and ensuring it’s in
compliance with the specifications .
Reviewing shop drawings and coordination drawings.
Doing inspection at site for all mechanical works .
Reviewing quantities as per BOQ for cost monitoring on the Budget .
Testing for mechanical works ( air test and water pressure test ).
• Review, check, submit invoices and variation orders
• Reviewing & prepare shop drawings to be submitted.
• Prepare technical & material submittals.
• coordinates between the staff and other site departments.
• Follow up work in site, making inspection requests & purchase orders.
• Monitoring project progress according to the time schedule and within budget and as per specifications.
• Supervise and co-ordinate for supply and install of HVAC equipment, ducted systems, chilled, hot water systems, fire and plumbing systems .
• Do inspection of purchased equipment and materials .
• Produce weekly and monthly reports.
Documentation for all engineering designs, drawings & technical documents .
• Design HVAC systems including heat load calculations, duct sizing, ventilation, chilled water system sizing.
• Making firefighting systems calculations .
• Making plumbing systems calculations.
• Produces shop drawings.
• Making Mechanical equipment selection.
• Making quantities estimation.
• Reviewing technical submittals for mechanical items.
• Reviewing & prepare shop drawings to be submitted.
• Prepare technical & material submittals.
• coordinates between the staff and other site departments.
