Mohamed Elassal joined Doha Marine Company in 2008 as an assistant to the public relation officer for new site in Lousail city and after two years ascended to the position of public relation office for the Redevelopment of Doha Shiokh Project then operations manager for all the company and its official sisters companies(Promar Marine Constructions, Bin Ghanim Marine services, Candour, Larisa) which related to the same sponsor.
Currant scope:
• Managing all general requirements for employees from visa till getting ID and medical cards.
• Managing all staff personal requests (visas, accommodations, family visas, etc)
• Managing Company’s Customs operations (Import Materials from Canada, UK, KSA, UAE and Lebanon) Armour Rocks, Geotextile, Floating Pontoons, vessels Spare parts and Heavy Equipment.
• Doing all the HUKOOMI applications for the employees.
• Making weekly / monthly reports for Human Recourses department with the employee’s legal status.
• Receiving / Closing the payments for the government with accounting department.
• Coordinating with Human Recourses department in operating labour camps, arrival and departure of all employees transportations .
• Dealing directly with Flags (Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Indonesia, Panama and Comoros) regarding work permits, Registry, crew endorsement, changing owners, Navigation license, Safe Manning and Extensions certificates.
• Liaise with the Ministries, local authorities and Suppliers for contracts and permits (Ooredoo, WOQOD, Customs, Port authorities and local suppliers).
• Finding a solutions for the daily problems in office / sites.
• Representing the company in operating their operations in outside Qatar.( “UAE” Equipments suppliers, Shipyards, Crushers (Rocks and Sand suppliers) and Agents “KSA” importing materials).

Pervious scope:
• Assisting the Public Representative Officer in the online applications and supporting him with all document required from Immigration and all Governments authorities.
• Coordinating all Banks facilities Operation (LC, Musuma, Credits and Employees
Accounts) with banks "QNB, QIB, HSBC and Barwa Bank"
• Managing Co. Transportation & Accommodations.
• Managing vacations requests (according to sites needs)
• Coordinating with Airlines Agent for employees ticketing.
• Managing staff personnel requests with company.
• Operating owned and rented cars for Company / staff.
