- Manage the recruitment function of talabat Core Operations & Logistics across Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan
- Reporting to Sr. TA Director and Lead a team of Five Recruitment Specialists and One Data Analyst.
- Responsible for coaching and upskilling talabat recruitment teams across the region
- Focus on the Hiring of Senior Management roles as well as the specialized corporate roles.
This is in addition to overseeing mass hiring of the Shared Services.

- Manage the recruitment function of Johnson Controls across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen as well as Lebanon.
- Work closely with each respective stakeholder on their Business Unit Manpower planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead a team of Nine Recruitment Specialists and two Administrators.
- Build a tactful recruitment strategy that helps to drive the Saudization program effectively.
- Focus on the Hiring of Senior Management roles as well as the specialized Corporate roles.
This is in addition to overseeing mass hiring of blue-collar.
- Oversee the whole onboarding process for new hires across Saudi and Egypt.
Managed multiple recruitment projects for well-known luxury retailers to cover the recruitment needs during Milan Fashion Week
- Manage strategically the Talent Acquisition function of The Blue Group across the GCC with an expansion plan to Europe and Africa.
- Partner with the Hiring Managers to identify, acquire and develop critical capabilities to obtain the best and diverse talents.
- A Core member of a cross-functional team who work towards enhancing various HR practices and processes that contributes to the overall efficiency of the HR function and its adjacent business functions.
- Manage Talent Life Cycle in alignment with the Learning & Capability team as well as respective Business Unit Heads
- Oversee Onboarding and Induction formalities for all new joiners across the group.
Key Achievements:
- Successfully built a well-diversified recruitment and onboarding team.
- Reduced the recruitment cost by 78% in comparison to the preceding year.
- Managed to close more than 60 critical senior roles in a year.
- Successfully created a new recruitment cycle and policy to support the business with smooth,
effective, and fast recruitment operations.
- In partnership with LinkedIn and the Marketing department, we managed to create a dynamic page to boost our employer branding from both corporate perspective as well as career.
- Developed a new onboarding strategy that enhances new joiner’s experience.
Key Achievements:
- Executed and delivered world class recruitment services for all the businesses across the Group.
- Managed to close more than 300 positions of Mid to Senior roles in two years at zero recruitment cost.
- In April 2017, I had the privilege to become a “LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter”.
- In October 2017, I was nominated as one of the “Top 5 Social Recruiters in Qatar” as part of the LinkedIn Talent Awards.
- By the end of 2017, I was placed on Top 25% of LinkedIn Recruiters globally.
- Successfully managed 14 Recruitment Campaigns both Outside and Inside Qatar.
- Sourced and signed multiple number of Manpower Contracts with various Recruitment Agencies across the globe to support us with the Overseas bulk hiring.
