Responsibilities: Preparing monthly and annual financial statements reports VS budgets with disclosing and analyzing variances, Analyzing work performance over 11 branches with ability to give financial study for any new challenge that might help for decision making, making accounts reconciliations, Cost analysis, handling Trucks insurance, Accidents claims, Medical insurance, spare parts Warehouse controls, handling Fixed Assets system, monthly payrolls preparation and benefit settlements, monthly prepayments and accruals schedules, preparing Balance sheet draft and Zakat form for external auditor - and recently handling the taxation file and managing all inputs and outputs and preparing the monthly tax report to be presented monthly to the board HO (I have trained by Deloitte Consulting Co. for VAT preparation and auditing ) .
• Achievements: Developing accident claims to be recorded and traced separately per truck in our accounting system that enabled us to make accident's profit & loss report with summary and charts for trucks and drivers performance.
preparing Balance sheet, P&L statement, Cash flow and all final reports -all accounts reconciliations - Budgets with presentation.
•Achievements: Succeed to solve an old problem with one big creditor company and proved our right by documents to be refund - preparing warehouse classification with items encoding and modifying the accounting system chart to present accurate data - preparing the budget statements .
Controlling and Recording all needed transactions - achieving all tenders papers from A to Z - Zakat preparation and Balance sheet statements and all final reports - Company representative in Saudi Investment Authority.
•Achievements: Success in obtaining NCB Bank Facilities to my company (4, 000, 000sr) - succeed to make an accounting system to be more effective in
Decision making - obtaining some contracts with my work relationship’s with customers and Government Authorities.
Recording, monitoring and Controlling all customers transactions, Collections on time and all related reports .
•Achievements: Ensuring all Customers balances by accounts reconciliations and adjusting to the correct balances .
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
