What did you achieve in this role?
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Answering phones from customers professionally to take and prepare orders for pickups and delivery.
Greets customers in a welcoming manner and provide help to select products according to their needs.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and other credit and debit cards, close daily sales reports, Manages financial transaction. Manage inventory, including receiving, inspecting and stocking merchandise.
Collaborate and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service to achieve and exceed monthly sales target.
