Business Development & Operation Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise. Oversee a retail company's online sales and presence. They are responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web Will be responsible for day-to-day management of e-commerce web sites and online marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will include overseeing on-site content and product promotions, optimization of targeted marketing programs such as email marketing, online media, SEM, SEO and other customer acquisition and retention programs, as well as oversight of key performance analytics and reporting tools for continuous site and campaign optimization. Also, manage e-commerce sales efforts and product promotions by working in partnership with sales to develop the front-end website experience and features, promotions,
landing pages and overall content to drive sales.
• Manage the implementation of strategies and segments that drive improvements in sales conversion, translating to increases in customer acquisition, retention and up/cross-sales.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Track and evaluate site user behavior; make recommendations to improve user experience/usability and sales conversion.
• Implement and optimize marketing programs to increase traffic, loyalty and overall sales including, but not limited to, search engine marketing campaigns, affiliate relationships and social networking initiatives.
• Work with internal and external resources for creation of marketing assets including banner ads, promos, email blasts, etc.
• Regularly review promotional activities to ensure all business units can plan and/or adjust their functional needs accordingly, as well as to gather consumer feedback and enhancement requests.
• Maintain optimal site usability for the user experience by analyzing onsite behavioral analytics and conversion data in order to effectively optimize site promotions, messaging, and other key indicators than enhance ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor Web sites.
• Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, site-conversion functionality and improved user experiences
The main responsibility is to assist the ADOS Leisure in managing sales activities & events inline with the annual sales plan, to achieve and exceed budget for Movenpick Jordan cluster hotels, to ensure the highest standard of customer care& service at all time, Promotes the desired work culture around the winning ways, do the right thing, show care, aim higher, celebrate difference and work better together.
1.Maintain on a daily basis 5 sales calls for key & prospect leisure accounts.
2.Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meetings and convention planners & other producers closely allied to hotel leisure business.
3.Build profile within the local leisure market place through attendance at various local events.
4.Monitors Competitors activities & assists in providing ADOS Leisure in Market intelligence
5.Refers sales leads to appropriate personnel within Movenpick hotels Jordan team under the supervision of ADOS Leisure.
6.Sells all Movenpick Jordan Cluster hotels ( Movenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea, Movenpick Resort & Residence Aqaba, Movenpick Talaby Aqaba, Movenpick Resort Petra, Nabtean Castle Petra )
7.Conduct client interviews.
8.Grow existing leisure accounts & develop new leisure accounts according to an annual target.
9.Ensure that all the coming correspondence in regards of leisure segment handled (inquires, requests, offers, confirmation, etc) are attended & replied on time (according to Movenpick administration standards).
10.In performing all mentioned duties the Sales Manager leisure shall at all times maintain good relations with the ADOS leisure, DOSM & sales team personnel and key property personnel.
11.Reports and transmits sales calls reports on daily & weekly basis for the ADOS Leisure using opera system.
12.takes on board all projects and activities handled by ADOS Leisure and/or DOSM
13.Work closely with the ADOS Leisure & revenue teams at Movenpick Jordan Cluster hotels to ensure maximum revenue generation.
