• Drafting and Implementation of ITP for all concerned projects.
• Ensuring The Material Submittal & follow up of approval as per the guidelines of the concerned Clients / Consultants.
• Monitor/ Review quality control over suppliers, manufacturer’s products, services, site Conditions and workmanship to produce work of specified quality and find the possibility of alternate suppliers and get approvals for the same
• Identification of potential quality problems with work or material on different sites and to give appropriate direction for solving and reporting the same.
• Ensuring the activities compliance with QA/QC procedure and contract requirements.
• Ensuring the Supervision of Material testing at site or at an independent approved lab as per the contract Specification (soil, concrete, asphalt, etc.)
• To ensure that all materials and equipment as delivered on site and make certain its compliance with approved materials and specification.
• Reviewing QA/QC Procedures and its compliance with Contract requirements and assigning document controllers for projects records as per project volume and report to the concerned.
• Check details of approvals from materials database and forward to Consultants / Clients for their approval for the concerned projects in liaison with procurement department.
• Attending QA / Progress meetings of all projects with clients and subcontractors.
• Establishment of preventive measures and maintaining QC practices in all areas of the Projects.
• Remain well connected with Consultants, Clients in order to facilitate the free flow of information to peruse the different phases of construction on project wise in a quality and timely manner.
• Establishing QC/Checklist forms for Road related activities.
• Decide the proposed Corrective Action Request acceptable or not.
• Propose Corrective Action in case of acceptance.
• Give justification in case of rejection of the proposed corrective action request.
