Inside financial affairs
1-weekly production report
2- Revise all record on system
3-revise all work advance

With purchasing
1-revise the purchase orders with budget category
(The purchase order should use the correct budget category and should be in budget and if over budget should have approval and explain the reason)
2-revise the process of purchasing with the planed process (revise the actual process with the process controller)
3-revise the purchased materials without purchasing order (the reason of buying this material without budget and this material with budget or over)
4-revise the payment term of the vendors with the payment term in the invoices
(Make sure that all our payment to vendors like we deal at the invoices and also we should receive the invoices before the payment term with enough time)
With HR
1-revise the calculation of Egyptian salary monthly (for example the overtime the reason of overtime work and calculation of each hour)
2-revise the salary advance (make sure that matching with the process and the reason of any exception)
3-revise the ticket and cutting from salary (make sure that matching with process and within budget)
4-revise the work advance (the limit should match with the process and the work advance should use for the mean reason of taking advance and for any tips should take previous approval)
With production
1-check the using of material with the planned (make sure that the using of the material matching with the standard cost)
2-analyzing the reasons of wasting materials (make sure about this waste normal or up normal and the best way avoid next times)
3-check the new requests of materials (within budget or no and also we have stock or no and the reason of buying this materials)
With warehouse
1-revise the received material (with the purchase order and check the quality of materials from the ordered department)
2-revise the material that had been given to each department and the reason (make sure that the department who take the materials ordered this materials or no and how many item can be used for the same reason)
3-revise the stock ( how many paces from each materials we have and its condition and full uses details )
4-revise the new purchase orders with the on hand stock
With scales
1-revise the scale papers for import with import invoice
2-revise the scale papers for export and waste with sales invoices
3- Make sure that all materials in or out from company have scale paper
And revise all the activities which effect on financial situation
