Working from 2009 till date at TCI Sanmar Port Said, a large Petrochemical Complex having a capacity to manufacture 4.LAKH Tons of PVC per year, starting from production of Ethylene plant from Ethanol, then export it to EDC plant, after that start VCM production process .
Work attending at TCI Sanmar plant:-
1. Erection.
2. pre-commissioning (piping, equipment, rotary equipment, instrumentation, flushing with water, steam blasting, air blowing, nitrogen purge, installation of safety valves, loading of column packing, seal test, instrumentation test )
3. commissioning
4. plant cold tests
5. start up
6. plant shut down
7. refractory dry out
Duties as shift in charge in Ethylene Di Chloride (EDC) unit 2015 - till now
EDC ECOS technology main process:
• LTC reactor
• EDC washing system, light ends column& waste water stripper
Duties as plant Operator in INCINERATOR unit 2011-2015
Incinerator PF EUROCOM technology main process:
• Combustion chamber section
• Steam generation section
• HCL recovery & treatment
Duties as field Operator in VCM unit 2009-2011
VCM INEOS technology main process:
• EDC washing system & waste water stripper
• EDC cracking & VCM purification
- Responsible for safe operation of the equipment in assigned area and to maintain plant within Design limits so as to sustain. maximum production
- To ensure HSE policies and procedures compliance (Permit to Work, Environment Management Systems, OSHAS etc) in the shift.
- To perform Atmospheric Gas Testing. Discharge responsibility as Emergency Response Team Member if nominated.
- To Carry out all field activities in case of:
1. Normal Plant Operation
2. Start up and shut down
3. Plant emergency
