Receiving & Submitting ministries salary.
Receiving & Submitting local banks salary.
Balancing the salary unit GLs & suspense accounts.
Handling the Amiri Grant Payment process.
Reconciliation Unit ( ATMs/POS/K-NET/Merchant ), ( Different Accounts )
Reconciliation Specialist on CBK ATMs, KNET, Deposit & Merchants (Balancing, Claims).
Receiving & Settling complaints from branches and call center, either with our Shared Files or with our web application complaints site, (K-net/POS/Merchant Complaints).
The WEB APPLICATION COMPLAINT SITE (which is now using by all CBK branches) was suggested by me.
Handle all the merchant complains & Claims.
DAILY & Weekly Reconciliation on Our Required General Ledgers Accounts (GLs).
Foreign Currency Cheques Clearing :
Handling all the foreign currency cheques (O.C.C, Purchased Cheques & Traveler Cheques) which are deposited by the bank branches.
Handling Citibank draft Reconciliation & Remittances.
Inward, outward Clearing:
Handling the Chq Books requests/Monitoring and distributing them to the branches.
Handling Clearing Cheques scanning process.
Outward Clearing Encoding Process.
Credit Cards fraud monitoring:
Monitor all the credit cards fraud cases using a system by calling the customers.
Call center agent.
Financial Department Reconciliation Assistant (Training) & working on Corona System.
Working as a teller & Customer Service.
