*Monitoring and Tracking of the quality management system implementation: Change Control, Validation, Handling of non-conformities, Customer Complaints, Self-Improvement & Internal Audit, ……etc.

*Provide leadership on continuous improvement projects, quality initiatives.
*Change Management - Ensure a robust and effective change control system is in place to ensure business
changes are effectively managed.
*Training - Ensure a training system for the business is in place and provide training on the local QMS.
*Issue Management - Investigate quality issues (Non-conformances) and failures and apply
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. Ensure that improvements to products and procedures
can be identified and fixed.
*Audit/Inspection Management - Ensure that processes are in place to assess the adequacy and
effectiveness of the QMS. Audit should cover all aspects of QMS to ensure
compliance. Ensure a routine review programme and audits are in place .
*Document Management - Maintain a document control system for the QMS. Perform reviews Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Technical Agreements.
*Mock Recall - Conduct mock recall exercises to confirm adequacy of the local recall procedure.
*Complaints - Support Consumer Relations and Customer Services with complaint handling procedures and
systems to ensure effective feedback to the business and the factory to reduce complaints
*Co-ordinate and host external inspections by External Authorities, clients & third-parties.
*Co-ordinate follow ups and responses after external inspections.
*Conducting periodic quality tour and planned internal audits to assess the implementation, effectiveness of the current quality management system.
*Training and qualification of the employees on the QMS core .
*Reviewing the product batch packets for final release purpose
QC Chemist then Quality and R&D Lab Shift Head
In The Central Lab in TCI-Sanmar Co.
(For G.P.S. Co for petroleum and petrochemical services.)
- Implement and Monitor Quality control procedures achieving Carrying out all Analysis necessary for :
* Chlor-Alkali Plant: Brine solutions, Caustic soda, Sodium hypochlorite, Hydrochloric acid, Sulphuric acid, Chlorine gas, Ferric chloride, Calcium chloride, Calcium hypochlorite, Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW)
* EDC and VCM Plant.
*Ethylene Plant.
* PVC Plant.
* Utility (Boiler, Cooling, Chilled, Process, ZLD and D.M Water).
- Monitor and Prepare all Standard Solution used.
- Research & Develop. (R&D) .
- Report Quality Issues to Quality Manager.
- Review of Non Conformance Report and escalate to Quality Manager.
- Maintaining and calibrating laboratory apparatuses
.
- Prepare purchase requests for special market requirements.
Instruments and apparatuses :
GC Apparatus - UV/Visible Spectrophotometer- Moisture Content Instruments such Karl Fischer and Moisture balance - Assistant on I.C.P. - Refractometer - Viscometer.
*Supervise all activities of QC lab (Inspection and analysis of the incoming -raw and packaging material, in-process and final products)
1) Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards: Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
2) Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
3) Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
4) Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
5) May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.

•Reviews and verifies all cases for validity and accuracy; reviews public assistance cases to ascertain the correctness of client eligibility determinations and payment decision, and the appropriateness of the services provided.

laboratory skills in analysis of different raw materials according trusted test methods.
laboratory skills in preparation different reagents and standard solutions.
laboratory skills in analysis of finished product (i.e. Disinfectant liquid, Liquid detergent, Hair conditioner, Shampoo, Hair Cream, Lotion and Shower Gel).
Experience in packaging tests and Water analysis.
Being qualified on GMP and GLP, Sharing in getting ISO-(9001, 14001, 18001, 22001), Sharing in documentation in Manufacture and Q.C. Departments.
Safety awareness about handling with chemicals.
Good awareness about Painting manufacture and analysis
• As a chemist in department of manufacturing
Experience in manufacture of many products (i.e. Disinfectant liquid, Liquid detergent, Hair conditioner, Shampoo, Hair Cream, Lotion and Shower Gel).
Sharing in manufacture documentation.
Experience in physical and chemical treatment of water.
Sufficient awareness about pumps, valves and mixers.
