Responsibilities
-Review and follow-up the design submissions from different consultant (KEO, Khatib and Alami, NAGA and comment and approve each design stage from the concept design to tender Phase including any design reports from subconsultants, stockholders.
-Compare the project’s multidiscipline design to identify any gaps or conflicts with client requirement’s, Highlighted the area of the potential saving and Value Engineering.
-Conduct frequent meetings with the project’s client/consultant to coordinate the project’s architectural structural needs and requirements before closing each stage, any clarify technical issues participating to find solutions, and show the potential points of value Engineering.
-Review the project contract documents before Tendring including project specification’s, contract documentations
2- KAUST Cmr Life Support System, Remediation
Responsibilities
-Undertake the design of remediate the CMR Life Support Systems Building structural element’s (Columns and beams), Design of the Piperack of the seawater pipes steel structure and steel connections .
- Prepare the project specifications and the RFPs for the remedial work requirement.
Undertake the preparations of the pipe rack 3D models Revit 3D model (up to detail Level LOD 300 and coordinate and identify /solve the model clashes between different disciplines in the central models
3- Site Preparations of RIC East Area Utility Corridor - Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu
Responsibilities
-Undertake the review and coordination’s of the project Geotechnical design report, study the proposed soil improvement methods, (stone columns, disciplines loading)
-Design of the utility structural include design of the pump stations rooms, precast concrete culverts and water tanks
