Major Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Tender Documents (Tendering Procedures and contract conditions).
• Contract Administration: Correspondence, monitoring progress of work, etc…
• Preparation of technical and financial reports.
• Quantity Surveying.
• Participated in creating the Baseline schedule in Primavera P6 for the project with the contractor and AECOM schedulers.
• Meeting all “AECOM - www.aecom.com” PMD requirements for inspecting processes, tests and all documentations system.
• Preparing the CMCS invoices and all of its related documents in addition to reviewing all contractor invoices.
• Preparing all required CMCS and Contractor Modification orders needed to be added to the project
• Attending all High level and progress meetings with AECOM or with the contractor.
• Responsible for all income or outcome correspondences and writing all outcome correspondences to AECOM, HIB or to the contractor.
Major Responsibilities:
• Inspecting and approving all Civil items according to specifications and “AECOM - www.aecom.com” PMD requirements.
• Following contractor daily reports which contain man power, resources, machines, worked hours and worked items.
• Following contractor weekly schedule and check If he going on, preceding or late.
• Following contractor weekly and monthly progress and compare with the actually progress which I made.
• Quantity survey and calculate monthly percentage complete.
Major Responsibilities:
• Sap2000.v12, Safe (Finite Element programs) modeling.
• Full structural design according to required specifications and universal cods.
• Full structural drawing using AutoCAD 2009 program.
• Reviewing structural and shop drawing for projects which we consult on.
• Making B.O.Q.
