Contract under Ashghal Operation maintenance as end user the work was to inspect and maintain the drainage network and provide the full planning for the required activities day by day, provide and maintain the emergency plan - and provide weekly report for the networks and identify the defects in order to repair or enhance any part of the assets The work is under operation and maintenance super vision which contain any type of work related to Ashghal- including but not limited to Pipe line in trench, pipes trenchless, raising main, Manholes and all its connections, House connections and gullies, Soak ways and any type over pumping, lagoons and road works Project value: 240 Million QR.
Flow Diversion Scheme for pump station 31&pump station 5
Successful to complete the Construction of deep interceptor trunk / main sewers for diversion of flow from pumping stations PS 31, PS 5, PS 4, Amiri Diwan and Ministry of Interior (MOI). The works included the following but not limited:
• New 1200mm diameter Interceptor Sewer with length of 4 km & 800mm diameter sewer with length of 1 km using Non-Disruptive construction method techniques (NDM).
• Construction of 200mm and 400mm diameter sewers along route to integrate and make connections with the existing sewers and manholes using
• Construction of approximately 58 very deep GRP lined MH. & 2 diversion flow chambers with SS penstocks. Project value: 65 Million QR
Flow Diversion Scheme for pump station 12 B1 and pump station Barzan Camp: Successful to complete the Construction of deep interceptor trunk / main sewers for diversion of flow from pumping stations PS 21B1 at AL wajba Palace and Pump station for Barzan Camp The works included but not limited to the following: Construction of new 600mm diameter Interceptor Sewer with length of 2 km using Non Disruptive construction method techniques (NDM). Construction of 24 very deep GRP lined MH. Project value: 25 Million QR
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provided all the resources required to the project to fulfil its work on time.
• Responsible for management of safety, scope, schedule and budget project resources for construction.
• Represented the company towards the employer, engineer, subcontractors, suppliers and all other authorities or agencies were required during the course of the project and the client relations.
• Protected the company's interests and promote its image.
• Directed, managed and controlled the project team, along with the subcontractors to ensure that objectives were met through all project phases in accordance with the procedures and company policies.
