Now i work for DHL, the Leading Logistics Company in Kuwait and in the whole world, I work as a Customer Service Advisor, in both call center and counter, my job is to advise customers about the services DHL offers them, and give them the best choice for them, job also includes tracking shipments, arranging pick-ups, solving customers problems.

1) I Currently work in TDI (Technology Domain Institute) as a full-time English Instructor/teacher, Conducting English Language training courses for Adult students including foundation, intermediate and advanced levels. focusing on
- Building strong base of English language grammar rules, through modern assessments.
- Assisting students in building expression power linguistic tools and exposing them through composition of assigned or student-pick subjects.
- Gathering students in comprehension workshops, where skills can be activated, talented and sharpened.
- Establishing a solid base of translation - in both ways- among students, examining that within teams of work with focus on direct translation, using levels of skills and assessments to help students walkthrough the learning path comfortable and smoothly.
2) In addition to TOEFL Preparation courses.

3) I also lead a large number of translations for the mother company from English to Arabic and vice versa

4) I enjoy a VERY fluent American English Accent tongue, which helps me a lot in communicative situations like simultaneous translations.
