1. Build space allocation schedule according to the sequence design stages, Take off sheets for quantities to prepare The bills And prepare preliminary/final cost according to Interior/ Architectural drawings.
2. Prepare the Construction Documents which comprises: (schedule of finishing, bill of quantities, specifications, contract…etc). Using the FIDIC forms (3rd-edition), CSI Master Formats as the basis of the specifications and the British Standards Specifications (B.S.S.).
3. Prepare Tender Procedures (submission, coordinate the tender, reply and resolution of queries, tenders analysis, negotiation with tenderers and final recommendations).
4. Carry out Contracts programming and produce documents for specific contracts & Managed the Contracts.
5. Review Invoices for main & specialists contractors and provide information on contractual requirements to project team.
6. Maintain records on contractors/ subcontractors/ suppliers performance and prices.
7. Liaison with external companies and organizations on market matters (Offers & Quotations) and prepare Agreements with clients and sub-consultants.

5.Supervise Q.S. Team work At Technical Office.
