My recent role in this company is: -
- To aid and help the company throughout my knowledge and contacts in the consultancy industry field to recover the delay and deliver the projects as early as possible.
- To prepare recovery plans for the delay and to justify the Extension of Time requested.
- To prequalify the firm in different state organizations and ministries in order to be competent in the market and have its remarkable business share of the market.
- My role expanded to help managing the improvement of the recent jobs / contracts of road design implementing in behalf of Ministry of Transport - KSA - which are in delay.
Recently, 3 numbers pre-qualification are processing in Riyadh Metropolitan Municipality, Industrial Zones Authority and Higher Authority of Riyadh Development.
In addition to the above tasks.
- Extensive Client liaison and Progress meetings/ reports and correspondence,
- Monitoring Programme and progress,
- Authorising Payment applications,
- Monitoring Cash Flow, Accounts and Procurement Approvals.
- Other tasks involved the management, negotiation, co-ordination and approval of Sub-Contractor’s (Guardrail fixing, Road Furniture supply and installation, Lighting & Traffic Signal installation)
- Liaising with Statutory authorities, utility companies and third- parties,
- Agreement of Excavation disposal to the allocated approved zones.
- Traffic Management plans & requirements,
- Quality control reports
- Health and Safety measures and audits.
Responsible for the Management of SAR 400m amount of running projects (Study, Design & Construction Supervision of roads in Saudi Arabia) in behalf of Ministry of Transport (MOT) and Industrial Cities Authority (MODON). As the most important task of mine was to innovate the structure of the company, to diverse the activities of industry, increment of turnover and earning of new clients/ costumers. Below listed some of my job tasks and achievements: -
- Preparation, validation and implementation of adequate “Company Policy Manual” and Project Quality Manual in Construction Supervision Process.
- Re-structuring of the company team in a manner to comply with the new policies, client’s requirements and expectations.
- Client liaison and Progress meetings/ reports and correspondence
- Review comment and certify all the monthly progress reports to the client.
- Review and authorize all Interim Payment Certificates after receiving from Projects’ sites
- New prequalification of the company has been achieved with Jeddah Municipality and Ministry of Interior
- Established a Business Development Unit which has brought 3 new jobs to the company.
Other tasks involved the Management and Approval of Sub-Contractor’s, Utility companies and Stakeholder liaison, Traffic Management Plans, Quality control reports and ensuring Health and Safety measures are implemented, and compliance with Environmental Precautions.
My recent core job can be described as executive, deeply going through business development, financial improvement and technical analysis in respect of staff hiring and training. Targiting landmark projects and establishing new business relations with new organizations leaders.
