1- Making sure that all equipment is working properly by running tests and diagnosing problems

2 - Monitoring alarms to ensure that equipment is functioning properly

3 - Recording data on computer systems or writing down information on paper charts

4- Controlling all plant operations and monitoring plant performance during emergencies to ensure they are
functioning correctly.

5- Maintaining records of daily operations, including maintenance schedules and equipment performance

6 - Responding to alarms by contacting operators at other facilities or initiating emergency response procedures

7 - Documenting events in a logbook or computerized system to track equipment status and record system
performance

8 - Responding to emergencies by operating equipment such as alarm systems, generators, pumps, and sprinkler
systems.

9 - Monitoring real time data from equipment such as radiation levels or chemical concentrations to ensure that it
does not exceed safe limits.

10- Receiving Calls from Hospital Department Related to Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture and Forward the
Complaint and share the information on the System to the Responsible Department to Solved the Problem.

employee’s status, and their ID’s validities which include passports, Iqama, Driving License, Gate Pass,
Qualification certificates, etc. Manpower Report as Vacation Details, Active Employees, Visa Expired, etc.
