1- Making sure that all equipment is working properly by running tests and diagnosing problems
2 - Monitoring alarms to ensure that equipment is functioning properly

10- Receiving Calls from Hospital Department Related to Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture and Forward the
Complaint and share the information on the System to the Responsible Department to Solved the Problem.

4- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

6- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
7- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable
successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

1- Updating the Employees Bank account and preparing the salary Certificate for opening new bank accounts
2- Following up letters and sanctions which need to be authorized in the chamber.
3 - Preparing sponsorship Documents and sending for Chamber as instructed by HR Manager / DGM.
4 - Preparing a Letter for employees as Salary Certificate, Introduction Letter “OR” Service Agreement as requested
from Projects and get Sign from DGM and send it for attestation of Chamber of Commerce as required.
5- Make sure of document validity ending not lesser than 3 months.
6 - Preparing & Designing the HR Forms & Organizing documents and Filing
7 - Following up Employees Passport Expiry date and Iqamas.
8 - Preparing & updating the Manpower Master Sheet weekly wise mentioning details of employees’ vacation details,
employee’s status, and their ID’s validities which include passports, Iqama, Driving License, Gate Pass,
Qualification certificates, etc. Manpower Report as Vacation Details, Active Employees, Visa Expired, etc.
