Implemented OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standard for Management of industrial, occupational health Environmental in HADEED. Conducts internal audit in different department as per OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14001-management system. Develops protocols/procedures for monitoring and testing of emission sources, and identifies specific requirements for compliance with applicable regulations, OSHA, ACGIH and other environmental standards.
•Monitored of industrial hygiene parameters such as heat stress, radiation, noise, illumination, chemical exposure, dust, VOCs etc. Checking compliance status of all industrial hygiene parameters such as heat stress, radiation, noise, illumination, chemical exposure, dust, VOCs against the OSHA and ACGIH standard.
•Developed of industrial hygiene management plan as per the SABIC SHEMS requirement for all industrial hygiene parameters example: Hearing conservation, heat stress, chemical exposure, HAZCOM, radiation and carcinogenic control. Monitors real time pollutant emissions and works closely with Operations to manage changes in operating parameters, equipment and practices to ensure compliance.
•Worked with Operations/Technical Services to ensure that facility/equipment environmental and health controls are in good working order, and participates in evaluating the effectiveness of control technologies in achieving emission reductions.
•Supervised, participated, and conducted indoor air quality assessment measurement and studies to identify potential health risk impacts on staff, employees and contractors. Participates in site inspections and observations to identify and mitigate hazards.
•Participated as needed in environmental incidents/reporting/follow-up, process upsets/emergencies, audits, etc. Develop and prepare the Environmental Reports such as Environmental Screening report and Environmental Information report to get Environmental operating permit “Consent to Operate” Permit.
•Liaised, with Royal Commission (RC) for any matters related to the environmental issues. Management of the safety health and environmental system as per the SABIC requirement.
•Conducted SHEMS Audit for environment and occupational health parameter as per the SABIC and Hadeed procedure. Report the wastewater analysis results to the RC on monthly basis. Check the compliance of wastewater analysis results with RC standard.
•Conducted EMS, HAZCOM and Occupational health and Awareness training to employees. Investigates of the accident of gas leakage, oils spill etc
